What code formats are supported?
Code-128 barcodes and QR codes. Switch between them in the app — same sequence, different label type.
When should I use QR instead of Code-128?
QR works well on small square labels and when people might scan with a phone. Code-128 is the standard for warehouse handheld scanners. Serial Smith handles both.
Will it work with my label printer?
It exports a PDF. If your printer can print a PDF at the page size you set (often matching the label stock), it will work.
Which operating systems?
Windows desktop. The download is an installer for this machine class.
How do I get the download after paying?
Polar sends a receipt. Open the customer portal from that email and download the installer. Check spam if nothing arrives.
