Terms of sale
Serial Smith is sold as a one-time download of desktop software. Payment is collected by Polar.
The licence is for installing and using the app on computers you own or control. You may not resell, rent, or redistribute the installer.
The software is provided as-is. It generates barcodes and PDFs; you are responsible for checking print output against your stock and scanner setup before a production run.
Refunds follow Polar’s policy (typically a short window if the download was unused). Contact Polar from the email on your receipt.
